This video outlines the process of replacing the fuel filter on a 2008 Ford Escape. This should ideally be done every 30,000 miles.
The 2009-2012 Ford Escapes have a lifetime fuel filter that is built into the fuel tank, so this process will not be applicable
Please be safe when working with flammable liquids and when working underneath a vehicle.

Good instructions and clear shots. Like and sub bro
Well done! I’m working on my brothers 2008 escape. The fuel pump is shot. Pulled it out and siphoned out 4 gallons of rusty old fuel. Sanded down the rusty surfaces inside the tank and vacuumed out the dust. I have a new pump on order and I’m heading into town to get a new fuel filter and hose tool. Your video was excellent and gave me a heads up on what to expect. Thank you!
