Thank you for watching this video, on it we will replace the front passenger side bulb, and this is Xenon HID headlight bulb from Philips D2S and the part number is 85122C1 and since the Lexus had a Philips bulb I just got the same brand but feel free to try other brands.

As for the Lexus RX350 this video might help you with other model years such as 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

I did not find the need to take apart the headlight, and it does not take long to do it.

The old bulb did turn on but after some time it would turn off by itself so after replacing the bulb with the new one, it stays on all the time at night.

I did not need to replace the ballast, just the bulb so I hope this is the case for you too.
